Mr and Mrs Eden wanted to sell their home as they wanted to downsize. They found an online agency that had low rates because homeowners could create and post listings for their homes without the use of a traditional realtor. Mr and Mrs Eden wanted a Team Member to help them creating this online home listing. Our Team Member went to their home, took pictures with his smartphone and used these to create a home listing for the Edens. The Edens asked our Team Member to return to help organize, declutter and take items to donation as they prepared for their move to a smaller home.

Miss Jean was given an android phone that she didn’t know how to use. A Team Member went to her home for a 1:1 tutorial. During a two-hour session, Miss Jean had her voicemail greeting message created, her contacts list set up, she learned how to download apps and how to share photos with instant messaging. She was very excited about the flashlight app because now she can easily go on a walk at night without carrying a flashlight.
