How we select our Team Members...
Team Member Affiliates are selected for embodying the core values of being caring and compassionate as well as for experience in senior care. Team Members undergo a multi-step application process that culminates in an in-person orientation specifically designed to identify candidates who will be a good fit to join our Team. We do criminal level background checks on all our Team Members.
